I see it with a sleek tube top and strappy thin high heels and an awesome necklace. I would so wear this!
ReplyDeleteI think the skirt would work just how you proposed. A slim fitting tank would be perfect. Because the skirt is the focal point, you'd want everything else to be minimal.
