umm thats her hair in it's natural state. So mature of you . . .
That's not hair in its natural state--that's natural hair that's been teased into a fright wig (and I wear my hair natural, so I know this look). Raven's outfit here looks like she was caught goofing around in her nightgown, made all the more glaring by the fact that she's usually so put together. It was a really surprising look for her.
I'm natural also and whether her hair is natural or not isn't the issue, it's WHY she came out looking like this. Verdict: NOT CUTE
