I was doing some organizing of my closet and I laughed at the realization that I always gravitate towards these same primary colors. I adore yellow and green (think Sprite) and I like to add blue as an accent color. I used to have the hardest time finding anything green a couple of years ago, now it's everywhere. I have to stop myself from buying anything else green but sometimes I just can't help myself. (I will buy green shoes if I come across them though. Sorry.)
Bright colors make me happy, I'm definitely not afraid to throw some color in the mix.
Yellow with anything makes me a happy camper!
What's funny is that I wore this same sweater and a checked shirt for Nerd Day at school with khakis and tape on my glasses.
I found these earrings at the beauty supply store when I tagged along with a friend of mine. Who knew they had such cute earrings? Everyone but me I guess....
Scarf/belt: American Apparel

I watched Crazy, Stupid, Love over the weekend and it was the cutest movie! I enjoy Steve Carrell in general but that Ryan Gosselin was funny and yummy in that movie. Definitely made my weekend a little brighter.
It's time for new glasses and I snapped some pics while selecting frames and used the Picplz app for Android to play around with the photos.
I knew that wanted some Ray Bans but I loved all of them!
I couldn't decide...
The tortoise are a safe bet but I think that I want something a little edgier...
These last two are the same frames....

I LOVE the colors..you look so pretty!! I especially love the bow you tired in your hair. It was the perfect edition to this look!
The last frames you were wearing are my favs and so are the tortoise. Love them both!:)
OMG... I love that outfit with the passion of a thousand suns!!!!! So cute!
I agree with Tye... the last pair really suit you to a tee!!!
Well, golly gee whiz, could you get any cuter??? Great outfit and without the taped up glasses no one would ever call this outfit nerdy!
I love the tortoise shell on you, but if they're too tame, I think your choice should be the last one. The others just don't suit you as well.
This outfit makes me wanna sing a little jingle.
I enjoy this outfit greatly. And your facial expressions...you're a nut!
I still stand by my choice.
Now the ones with the clear bottom frames...I'm gonna have to investigate those for myself!
OH MY, I love this outfit!! The colors are definitely smile inducing, and you look fab!!
I like the tortoise or the ones right after it :-)

I have the same issue but I am drawn to all things black and neutrals. I am so trying to get some color in my life/closet.
I like the 2nd and 3rd frames but you can rock any of them. Happy choosing!

I have that same color scheme in my closet for spring... except I throw a little red in the mix! But I have about 5-7 color schemes in my closet that rotate depending on the season.
As for the glasses my vote hands down goes to #2 with the clear at the bottom. Versatile but unique, just like you!!
Geek Chic!! I love it lol this look reminds me of Hillary from Fresh Prince and Clueless. Fab!!
