Night

This is what happens when you get off work and it's dark outside.....#ThatTeacherLife

I assigned my students a current event assignment and one of my students presented a PowerPoint about "The Beautiful North West." If you think that it was an interesting story about the northwest region of the United States, you are mistaken.

It was about Kim and Kanye's baby...*sads*
At least no one presented about Tupac though. I guess they are saving that for our History Fair Projects, a student chooses Tupac every year, no matter what the theme is.

I recently had a conversation with someone who was having a hard time and she told me that she feels as though everything is going wrong in her life. I told her that if she focuses on what is wrong then she'll never get to relish the joys of what is going right. My advice to her? Be thankful. And write down your goals. Write them down as if there are no parameters on your dreams. And work towards that. (I really want to shake her about the shoulders and tell her "Snap out of it!" like Cher did on Moonstruck because she has so much going for her but I didn't.)

"A lot of times people look at the negative side of what they feel they can't do. I always look on the positive side of what I can do." ~Chuck Norris
(And you know if Chuck Norris said it, it can't be wrong.)

Not the North West tho, lol. Aside from that, love the colors in your outfit. Great advice too - writing down goals and being thankful is a small, but significant change that can benefit everyone.
