My vote definitely goes to Katie Holmes, who transformed herself from girl-next-door to a sexy sophisticate in 2007. Who would believe that Joey from Dawson's Creek would emerge as a style star? From the bob that launched a thousand tongues wagging, Mrs. Tom Cruise has upped her cute quotient to make her a go to gal for style cues. So I present her with a Most Improved badge for her to wear proudly.
