Fall Fashion Trend: Plaid

Ever since I saw Katie Holmes wearing these pants last year, I have wanted a little plaid in my life. Plaid is one of the trends for fall and it seems everyone is going mad for plaid. If you are more conservative you can have one plaid item as your focal piece, those who want to up the style quotient may want to mix patterns and textures to make it more interesting.

I recall being in the sixth grade wearing my yellow black and red plaid shirt, yellow jeans and red round earrings. A fashion maven, even then. Now all of those same things are "in" again!
