My Mama Don't Read My Blog

Yes I know that my title is grammatically incorrect but it is true.
My mom says that she reads my blog but I know that she doesn't. How do I know? Because I'll reference posts from my blog and she has no clue as to what I'm talking about. If I bring up the "yes face" or Mike Jones she don't e'em know what I'm referring to. But that's ok mom, I know you have lots of things to do so I'm not holding it against you. (I am going to give her a week and see if she brings up this post, which I know that she won't because, well....wait for it.....she don't read my blog.) But she did tell me that she told some people about it and gave them the link so shoutout to the people that my mom told about my blog!

I am currently in the process of getting my life together. Whenever I have a lot of things on my mind, my space reflects that. My desk at work has never looked like the state that it is in now. The same goes with my living space and my car. I have found that this happens whenever I have felt off kilter mentally, consumed with thinking about things that everything around me literally becomes cluttered.

So yeah, I need an Iyanla-like person to help me fix my life.

Jacket: Marshalls
Sweater: Marshalls
White shirt: Thrifted
Scarf: Target
Pants: H&M
Shoes: Michael Kors
Or my mom could just tell me to go clean my room. Which would be helpful.
Which she could do if she read my blog....

Can I telll you a funny Ilyana story! O how I love her! I am a therapist, and one day I had an "Ilyana" therapy session with a couple and guess what it worked, my patients were receptive and still call and thank me for helping them! I still giggle when I think of how I really channeled Ilyana that day!!!!!!

LOL!! She's gonna read it now! Ha!

I find that the things around me get cluttered as I move around and go through my daily routines. I also notice that clutter drains me and makes me feel anxious and discombobulated. I clean, then I feel better. More tranquil. I always wonder why I do this to myself. If you get a hold of Iyanla, send her my way once you're done with her please. Thanks.

I'm kind of in love with the colors of your coat and scarf together!
