I am having a hard time at work. Not the work but the dress code is verrrrrrrry conservative. No sleeveless tops or dresses, closed toe shoes and pantyhose. (I asked in all seriousness, "Seriously????") So this poses a problem for me not because I can't abide by the dress code but I still want to be my creative fashionable self and these rules are cramping my style. So I have come up with some options:


Tahari four button vest pantsuit $181.99 (on sale); Tulle tie neck blouse $58

Add pointy toe black heels to complete the look.


Muse seam detail pointe knit dress $144; Steve Madden Tayla $119.90

Add grey tights to create a long line and to complete the look.


Jones New York suit $179.99 (on sale); Forever 21 Paris flower tee $16.90

Add a red shoe to complete the look.


Victoria's Secret peplum jacket $148 and pencil skirt $88; Urban Outfitters crochet tights $14

Add round toe platforms to complete the look.

You can also break up the suit and wear the jacket with black pants or add a different jacket to the skirt.
