Say Hello To My Little Friend

Did you ever wonder what Reiko and I sound like in real life? I personally dislike my voice but Reiko threatened, cajoled, encouraged me to participate in making a video with the two of us while I was visiting Houston last weekend. I think I sound like Delta Burke as Suzanne Sugarbaker from Designing Women but what are ya gonna do?

This video is the essence of us and our relationship, a little bit zany, very unpredictable and loads of laughter. We are the Laverne and Shirley of bloggers!

Watch as Reiko and I discuss 3 things that you may not know about the other and feel free to weigh in (nicely of course, this is our first video..I apologize for my craziness in advance, Reiko did vey well....)

What you expected? Not what you expected? Any questions?

Stay tuned for Part 2!!!!

You do sound like Suzanne...and that's awesome! I'm from the East so I love a good southern accent. Keep the vids coming.

I love both your accents. I'm from the UK and as you can imagine love to hear American accents. I particularly love southern accents because to me they just seem to have a lot of colour if you get my drift.

Thoroughly enjoyed your vlog. Looking forward to part 2. :~)

Ok, First of all I LOVE your personality and would LOVE to hang out with you. You're HILARIOUS! I hate the way my speaking voice sounds as well (hence, why I have yet to do a video LOL!). You and Reiko are like Yin and Yang to each other. And that rachet music- LMAO! Well all secretly LOVE it! Cam't wait to see Part 2 of this video.

I loved the video! You both seem to be so personable...it's evident that y'all have a genuine friendship. I think hearing you talk is endearing...love that southwest twang! Lol at the ratchet music dance...I can relate to some people thinking I'm serious and/or lack a sense of humor.

This video is tooo cute! It's great to hear bloggers speak! LOL. I set up a YT earlier this week, still trying to figure out what my first post should be and I am also not too fond of my speaking voice sounds...not necessarily bad but like dang i sound like that..hmm. lol.

*hits the dougie* one time for ratchet music!! lol, my heart sank when you said bust it wide open, glad you didn't break out and cuss! lol

Ok. I am rollin @ the ratchet music part! I had to add 4 minutes to my workout today because Waka Flocka came on my iPod and I wanted to "Bust it" LOL!!

So you two are officially "friends in my head"!!! I won't stalk you or anything. I will just pretend like I'm in Houston thrifting with you or something. That's not creepy at all, right =D
