Running errands outfit, planned on doing lots of walking so I needed *gasp* flats, lol. I do wear flats more often in my real life lately, some days call for flats.

And here is a repeat of an outfit that I wore Memorial Day Weekend. I changed the shoes, bag and hair...

 

Ummmmmm, I have never had muscle definition in my back (that I was aware of) until lately. I have been working out with light weights and a knowledgable trainer friend who puts me through the wringer so I'm seeing some results. Is it conceited that I have been looking at my back of all things in the mirror ever since I noticed this???

I feel as though I may turn into one of those dudes who lift weights and look at themselves in the mirror at the gym....#douchedudes

I have been feeling like a better version of me lately.

I am getting stronger physically, emotionally and spiritually, it's all a work in progress folks....

I love this picture because this is how I view  myself; always laughing....and how I hope others view me too...

I don't trust people that don't laugh, everyone should have something that makes them guffaw, snort or roar with laughter...
