I've mentioned before that I use my birthday as my New Year marker. I want to reflect back and see the progress that I've made from birthday to birthday and gauge what I've accomplished and revisit my challenge areas.
The important thing is not to give up! You don't build endurance by trying something once, your new year can be any day that you choose.
